Province of Ancona
Monte San Vicino (1,479 m) is one of the most characteristic mountains of the Marche due to its isolated pyramidal shape. Visible from most of the region, from the summit you can enjoy a spectacular panorama: from the Sibillini mountains to the Adriatic Sea, from the Alps (on clear days) to Gran Sasso. The climb is easy and suitable even for beginners. It is part of the Gola della Rossa Natural Park.
