The Bosco di Tecchie, located in the municipality of Cantiano, is one of the oldest and most suggestive beech forests in the Marche Apennines. Some beech trees are over 400 years old and 30 meters high, classified as monumental trees of Italy. The atmosphere is that of a primordial forest, with an undergrowth of ferns and mushrooms. It can be reached via easy paths.
